Storytime

(Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays- Session 1 from 9:15-10:00, Session 2 from 10:15-11:00)

Bring your 2 and 3 year olds to Storytime with Ms. Kate! Each week will be dedicated to a different children’s author as we explore their writing and similarities throughout their books. The children will participate in interactive games, crafts, and other activities that coincide with the book topic. Registration for Storytime costs $10 per session and open the Wednesday of the week prior. Storytime will be divided into two sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings to allow for smaller groups and proper social distancing protocol to be followed. Each child must attend with only one caregiver.

Booktalk Club

(Tuesdays, 4:30-5:00)

Children will keep a log of the books they read over the summer. Every Tuesday, we will meet to share what we are reading, participate in activities that promote a love for reading, and distribute prizes for the total hours read. This program is differentiated for children aged 6-12 by having children read their own individual books. This event usually does not exceed fifteen children so registration is not necessary.

Book Bingo

(Mondays, 7:00-8:00)

Kids of all ages will love our weekly Book Bingo program! We will play three rounds of Bingo where children will have the opportunity to win a brand new book. Registration for Book Bingo costs $15 and will open the Wednesday of the week prior.

STEM and Stories with Ms. Maddie

(Thursdays, 1:00 – 2:00)

Register your 7, 8, or 9 year olds for STEM and Stories with Ms. Maddie. Every Thursday, Ms. Maddie will lead the group in an interactive read aloud. Each read aloud will include Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math elements. After the read aloud, kids can expect to participate in a hands-on activity, game, craft, or experiment.
